1. Introduction

2. Services

Plenarya provides event and conference services such as registration, planning, and attendance management.

2.1 Registration Fees

All registration fees are due at time of booking. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event are eligible for refund. Cancellations within 30 days are not eligible for refund due to venue and staffing commitments.

2.2 Rescheduling

Attendees may transfer their registration to another attendee or future event occurring within 12 months at no extra cost. To request a transfer, contact us at Contact Us at least 7 days before the original event date.

2.3 Non-Refundable Services

Certain premium offerings, including VIP sessions and bespoke consulting, are non-refundable. This policy is due to the exclusive nature and limited availability of these services and will be clearly indicated at purchase.

3. Information Products

Digital materials such as downloadable guides, recorded webinars, and templates are delivered immediately upon purchase. These products are non-refundable once access is granted. If you experience technical issues accessing your materials, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or store credit.

4. Merchandise

Physical goods sold on Plenarya are covered by a 30-day exchange or refund policy from the date of delivery. To initiate a claim, contact us with your order details. Items must be shipped back to 290 Bremner Blvd, Toronto, ON M5V 3L9, Canada. After inspection, we will ship a replacement or issue a refund. Shipping costs for sending items back are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is defective.

5. Refund Policy

All refund requests must be submitted through our Contact Us channel with your order or registration information. Approved claims are processed within 14 business days using the original payment method. For event registrations, refunds are subject to section 2.1 and seat availability. For information products, no claims are accepted after access has been granted. For merchandise, refer to section 4. Refunds will be processed as soon as practicable following approval.
